MAPP meet features cannabis cultivation guru Ed Rosenthal

Over the last few months, I have received calls and emails asking about when I will start sending out email newsletters and re-start the MAPP meetings. I have been derelict in getting this done as I have been working as an RN at COVID vaccination centers and it has been keeping me very busy with lots of overtime. However, I have now set the time aside to get it done and I am delighted that this long overdue email newsletter is to let you know that I have gotten it done.

When MAPP first started meeting in December 1999, the meetings were always held on the first Sunday of every month and now that we are in our 21st year, I thought going back to the original day would be very fitting. Only this time instead of meeting at 3 p.m. at the Cathedral City Public Library or other venue, we will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. and we will be meeting virtually utilizing ZOOM making it easy, convenient and accessible for all.

This will allow us to have speakers both famous and infamous. For our first meeting which will be on Sunday, January 2 at 7:30 p.m. I am so proud to announce that our speaker will be both famous and infamous – one of the premiere proponents and educators of cannabis cultivation, Ed Rosenthal.

ed_rosenthal.jpgEd is a leading cannabis horticulture expert, educator and legalization activist. Reverently given the nickname, “Guru of Ganja” by High Times Magazine, Ed has propelled the effort to legalize marijuana as well as leading the movement to grow your own cannabis. He is the author and editor of more than a dozen books on marijuana cultivation and social policy, including his latest, “Cannabis Grower’s Handbook.”. If you have ever thought about growing your own, you will not want to miss this opportunity to learn from one of the leading experts and most knowledgeable educator on the subject of cannabis cultivation. If you have been growing your own, this is your chance to get some answers to those vexing questions that will make your cannabis grow reach the zenith of perfection as there will be plenty of time for your questions. If you don't want to grow your own and/or learn how to grow bigger and better, you shouldn't miss your opportunity to meet and hear from one of the movements most respected and colorful pioneers.
